Every completed interview earns you 5 base points. The more interviews you complete, the more each one is worth — for every 3 interviews, you earn +1 bonus point per interview. That means your first 3 interviews are worth 5 points each, interviews 4-6 are worth 6 each, 7-9 are worth 7 each, and so on.

Hit a milestone and you will earn even more: +10 bonus at 5 interviews, +25 at 10, +50 at 20, and +100 at 30.

The Past 7 Days tab shows a rolling weekly snapshot. The Monthly Contest resets on the 1st of each month.
