Overall Americans are feeling more positive about their careers today than they were at the beginning of the year. This is especially true among older Americans and (not surprisingly) among those who are likely in their forever job. Those who are actively looking for a job are less positive about their careers, as are those in a manufacturing industry.
The Great Resignation is showing no signs of stopping or even slowing down.
